Instructions Before Your Health Check-Up

To ensure accurate test results, please follow these guidelines before your health check-up:

  • Fasting for 10–12 hours before the check-up (water is permitted)
  • Bring all previous medical records, reports, and current medications list
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing
  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the check-up
  • Bring a valid ID proof and insurance card (if applicable)
  • Inform the doctor about any ongoing medications or allergies
  • For TMT (Treadmill Test), wear comfortable shoes and clothes
