Instructions Before Your Health Check-Up
To ensure accurate test results, please follow these guidelines before your health check-up:
- Fasting for 10–12 hours before the check-up (water is permitted)
- Bring all previous medical records, reports, and current medications list
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the check-up
- Bring a valid ID proof and insurance card (if applicable)
- Inform the doctor about any ongoing medications or allergies
- For TMT (Treadmill Test), wear comfortable shoes and clothes
